The history

The legendary Korskro track

More than 6000 people witnessed the opening of the Korskro track in 1946. The track was built by volunteers, and those volunteers are still the driving force behind the great success of speedway in Esbjerg. Over the years, major races have been held at Korskro, which is now called Granly Speedway Arena, including numerous Danish championships and, notably, World Championship finals.
